Trelite Meditation

Meditation is an exercise of tranquility. Trelite use meditation to master the mind and body. Trelite use the calm state reached through meditation to channel the galactic force. The galactic force rejuvenates, infuses, and strengthens the mind and body. Trelite Meditation is a form that involves a number of dynamic and static stances. Use proper form to maximize the benefits of meditation.

DYNAMIC STANCE

GALACTIC CORE

The Galactic Core pose is the starting point to Trelite Meditation and helps the Trelite find inner strength and balance. As shown above, this pose is accomplished by standing with your legs spread to shoulder length.  Your core is your center of gravity. Improve your stance by bending your knees and flexing your core. Put your arms in front of your body like you are holding a ball. Work on maintaining good posture in your back and shoulders. When you feel that you are balanced you can move on to the next pose.

GALACTIC ARM

The Galactic Arm is the second position and helps loosen the body for maximum healing. Starting from the core, extend one arm across your body at a 45 degree angle over the opposite shoulder. Use legs and twist at the hips to reach maximum extension. Focus on keeping your balance evenly distributed between both legs throughout the entire stretch. Do this multiple times reaching further during each rep. From this pose you will work immediately into the next, the Galactic Wave.

GALACTIC WAVE

The Galactic Wave is designed to realign the body and rejuvenate the core. After a number of Galactic Arm reps work into the Galactic Wave by bending forward at the core. Let your arms hang to the floor and concentrate on balance, alignment, and core strength. Hold this for a few seconds and follow it up with extending your arms above your head and working into a reverse bend. Be sure to keep your chin pointed up while stretching. Doing this correctly will strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. For maximum benefit, complete the Galactic Wave, then repeat the poses of the dynamic stance five times. Practice flexing your entire body throughout the stance, starting at your core. Meditate on activating every muscle in your body.

Develop your Galactic Blueprint

Remember a galaxy is always evolving.

Due to constant change, it is important to revisit your Galactic Blueprint periodically.

First, meditate on the concept of time.

What can be accomplished over time?

How much time will it take to accomplish specific tasks?

How much time do you have to dedicate to yourself?

What have you completed with the time you have been given?

Then, take a white piece of paper. In the center, draw a small circle and write “Me” inside.

Next, around the outside of the paper write your long-term goals.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years… 10 years?

What are the steps to reaching these goals?

Write them down along the path towards your long-term goals.

They will be your short-term goals.

How will you accomplish these goals over the next year… 2 years… 5 years?

Use the Galactic Blueprint to develop more accurate and attainable milestones.

Start meditating on how you plan to reach these milestones.

Finally, begin taking the steps to reaching these milestones.

Master Your Galaxy

By: Treli Master Tre

“A wise man will be the master of his mind, a fool will be its slave.”

-Publilius Syrus

For millennia, powerful groups have used Syrus’ insight to control minds and make fools of men. Some groups have done this so well they have made many men and women a slave to their own mind. Today, slavery is a concept created within the mind and it stems from a continuous input of fear. Eliminate mental slavery by reprogramming your mind so it is not receptive to fear. Master your galaxy by moving beyond mental slavery.

“The one who fears is a slave to the mind.”

Ultimately, fear is perceived as a threat to a person’s well-being, or ego. When a person feels threatened his or her actions will be predictable. Consequently, someone who understands human nature can use predictability as a form of control. When put into a stressful situation most people will choose the option of least resistance. Unfortunately for them, this option is often provided by the organization causing fear. Creating the illusion of freewill and providing a false sense of security for the victim. Society is stuck in a paradigm where using fear to control has generated a vicious cycle entrapping the population.

“To remove fear is to remove all doubt that you cannot accomplish something.”

Alternatively, freedom is to believe that you can accomplish anything you want. When you comprehend this idea you will feel regret and anger, but mostly relief. You will feel regret over the amount of time you let slip due to fear. You will feel anger over the amount of freedom you do not have due to societal boundaries and powerful institutions. Then, you will be happy to know you still have control over your mind and in your mind you will always be free. Free to be who you want to be and attempt anything you wish. Free to fix the problems you see.

“Once your mind is free it is possible to accomplish anything you wish.”

First, set your mind to something and dedicate your existence to that one thing. It will be impossible for you not to accomplish it. If you do not, it is because you are not dedicated, you give up, or you die. Nothing will stop a dedicated mind. Procrastination, mental doubt, and self pity are all cancers that hinder our success. Do not allow these shackling thoughts to manifest in your mind. Instead, post the following statement on your bathroom mirror, the fridge, and above your bed:

“I am the master of my Galaxy, I create my destiny, and I will achieve my goals.”

Now, internalize this statement and become the person you were meant to be. Become the master of your galaxy and the author of your future. You have the power to be whatever you wish. The only thing that will ever hold you back is yourself. Overcome this by mastering your thoughts. Understand what thoughts hold you back and focus on removing them. Learn to develop constructive and positive thoughts. Build on these thoughts as they will allow you to grow from a stable foundation.

“When you understand nothing is in your way, but your own doubt, you will master your galaxy.”

Next, think about what you hope to accomplish throughout your lifetime. Identify your short-term and long-term goals. Then, set milestones to reach them. The farther into the future the goal, the more uncertainty that it will happen. Therefore, be open to make adjustments along the way. Sometimes even goals become obsolete.

“Develop a pattern of continual improvement for yourself, society, and the galaxy.”

To ensure accuracy, brainstorm reachable milestones and short-term goals that are in a logical and consistent order. Such that, each milestone is needed to accomplish an overarching goal. Remember, it is better to error on the surplus of milestones, than on the scarcity of milestones. Last, it is good practice to include days of reflection. So, develop a habit of analyzing your history and performance. Doing so will allow you to find patterns to generate more efficient processes.

Now it is your turn to meditate on this concept.
